About the Dish
Our Orignal Savoury Rice Dumpling is made with salted pork belly, chinese preserved sausages and salted egg yolk, etc., together with glutinous rice and green bean. The fragrance of the bamboo leaves immersed with the rice and make it’s taste spectacular.
足料鹹肉糭選用糯米、綠豆、五花肉、臘腸、鹹蛋黃、冬菇、蝦米、天然香料、豉油、鹽及糖製作。
Main Ingredients
Glutinous Rice, Green Beans, Pork Belly, Chinese Preserved Sausages, Salted Duck Egg Yolk, Shiitake Mushrooms, Dried Shrimps, Spices, Soy Sauce, Salt, Sugar.
Reheat instructions
Steam the rice dumpling in a steamer or steaming pot for 20-30 minutes once the water boils, or boil it in hot water for 15-20 minutes to ensure it’s thoroughly heated.
Storage Instructions
Fridge: 4°C for 30 days | Freezer: below -18°C for 3 months
